Good day,
Pls I need to find out:
1. If giving the biometrics is a walk-in event meaning no need for a prior appointment.

2. How long does the biometrics process take from arrival to leaving the VAC

3. Does it mean after the biometrics I have to return to the VAC again if my application is successful to submit my passport for stamping?

PS- I'm giving the biometrics at the london office. But coming in from another city & need to return same day.

It depends on how many applicants are ahead of you in the queue.

The actual biometrics process takes just a few minutes.

3. Does it mean after the biometrics I have to return to the VAC again if my application is successful to submit my passport for stamping?

Yes. Or you have the option of mailing your passport to the VFS/VAC after you get a passport request.

Please I need some advice on delayed response to application. I submitted an application for a short visit visa on 30th of May in the UK. Had biometrics 6th June.
But yet to get any response up till now. I keep checking my page. Still "processing". As at when i submitted, processimg time was 21 days. Now its 27 days. Yet it's 28days already. My flight is booked for 13th July.
Please what am I to do?
