Hello everybody, need some advice from you, respected members
i want to visit my sister (she has PR status) in Toronto for 2016/2017 New Year celebration.
Here are my inputs
1. Had been residing in Canada since august 2010 to april 2016
2. Studied and than applied through CEC, but my PR application got refused in march 2016 (unsuitable work experience)
3. Was asked to leave Canada IN MARCH, as my Work visa expired
4. Left Canada IN APRIL
5. Currently working full-time since may 2016 at managerial position in Ukraine
6. Studying part-time to obtain Masters Degree since september 2016 (graduating in december 2017)
7. My parents and my brother are residing in Ukraine. All of them have long term Visitor visa's to Canada for next 7 years
I will be able to get references from my workplace and university.
Travel history - US (2015), still have current US visitor visa, Poland (shengen)
should i take the risk to apply for visitor TRV or not in the end of the year?
