Hi i would like to ask advice how to visit visa my sister from Philippines. She will be done in college april 2020 and Im planning to apply her as visitor Here in canada. To help me babysit to my baby, Im currently in maternity leave and soon be back to work in june 2020, Thats why i need her to be with me to take care of my baby once i get back to work. What are the chances that she will be grant for the visit visa application?

if the reason you give is to babysit your child while you return to work the chances will almost be zero. Even though its family and they do it for free that can still be considered work by Canada. I wouldn't mention that as a reason it will most likely be denied.

Also what would be your long term solution? As a visitor she cannot work here and would not have health coverage. She will likely be given 6 months at entry maybe you can extend a few times but eventually she would have to return. She can not live here as a visitor.

Extremely low. Babysitting your baby will be classified as illegal work by IRCC. So this is not an acceptable reason for coming as a visitor to Canada.

oh is that so, so what would we be the best reason for her to visit canada. Do i have to legally hired her as baby sitter to be approve?

For her to be successful in getting a visa she will need a good reason for her to visit (I wouldn't put to babysit) something else like visit you etc.
She would also need to prove that she will return to Philippines after her visit. Again she needs to prove that shes only a short term visitor and not someone who wants to live here. Some things that can act as ties to her home that can be used to show that she would return would be her job, her property/assets, her husband/kids that she might have. They will also look at her finances, to see that she has enough in her bank account to fund her stay, they will look at her travel history to other visa requiring countries to see that she has travelled in the past and that shes a genuine tourist not someone who wants to move here.

Oh i see I never thought that it will be denied if that is my reason....What are the chances or the possible reason that i can put in my request for her to be considered, she will deifinitely going back home after 6 mons coz she needs to review for her bar exam after her visit in canada if granted.

so if she needs to go back and write an exam that can be a reason. But look at my previous post they will look at other factors like her job, finances, travel history, spouse/kids etc.
reason to visit could be to visit you.

She never travelled before coz she is in school for almost 5 yrs now and soon to graduate this June 2020. She doesnt have any assets too coz she never had a job before and Im the one sending her in school(finacially). So If like i just put state on the request that she just wanted to visit me no other reason will be enough? if she would be working before she visit me would that be strong ties that provea that she is going back home after her visit?

as mentioned her profile doesn't seem strong. she is a recent graduate that does not have anything preventing her from overstaying in Canada.
but there is no harm in applying/trying.
