Visit applied from Saudi Arabia refused

Hi,

I recently applied visit visa online but it was refused with the following points, appreciate if you can help me what does it mean exactly...FYI I'm leaving here in Saudi Arabia more than 10 years with family...
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

Immigration status in country of residence
Purpose of visit
Current employment situation

I applied and was rejected in the first application I said I didn't have a kid and the next time I reapply I want to say I have a kid and I want to reapply in 2 months time do you think the VO goes thru the old application.

Yes company letter was attached with officially attested by chamber of commerce.
