Visa was approved But Upon Collection of passport, no visa was stamped on the passport

Please I really need help. I applied for study permit and i got a mail saying my application was approved and I should bring my passport for stamping. The letter also said that I should ensure that my passport is valid for the length of my expected stay in canada
My expected stay is 2years and my passport just has 1year validity left.
As a result of this, I went to renew my passport. I submitted both the old and new passport.
I then got a mail that my processed passport is ready for collection
To my greatest dismay, there was no visa stamped on either of the passports.
My application is still showing approved
Please somebody help me. Advise what I should do Please!!!

On the letter did you see any number call UCI number?
Did you also receive any additional letter together with your two passport?

The passport request letter had a UCI number.
The two passport ware returned alone. No letter came back with the passports

Then some is wrong some where! Try and send them email

Yea, ive done that. They've requested i bring back the passport
