Hi everyone,
I've received the LMIA letter and other required documents from my employer. I'm trying to figure out the proper visa type for my spouse and my child (5 years old).
I have 2 questions:
1. I concluded that my child doesn't need a Study permit (based on this: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ermit/prepare/minor-children/need-permit.html) , so I'm left with 2 choices: A. "Visit - All Other types" and B. "Visit - Tourism". Which one is the right one for my case?
2. My Spouse "may" want to go to college after we've moved to Canada. So, is it safe to request a "Study permit" right now? Or do you suggest that we get an open work permit for her and request for a Study permit whenever she is ready to study?
