Visa stemping in other country

I am US visa holder and I applied for Canada TRV last month. I have to visit US soon, and I dont know how long Canada processing could go. Well in case my Canada visa approved can I submit my passport in US for Canada visa stemping?

Yes, once you receive PPR letter. You can submit it anywhere in the world. Just keep in mind that visa stamping duration is different in each country. In some countries VFS appointment + Visa stamping could take a month long. I think in USA it takes around 1 month, Make sure you plan properly to avoid delays in your visiting country.
