visa stamping at other office

for me it took 32 days(not working days)....it usually varies ...another person who got PPR with me on same day got vo change 2 days later than me.

Requested visa office change on 3 Aug. No received any response till now ( no auto reply ).

Get timeline of 60 days to submit passport at visa office.
- Do they consider any extension to this timeline if we don't get a response in 60 days ? its allready 45 days now
- Is there any way we can acknowledge if my mail is received by CIC ? I have not received any auto reply for my mail dated – 3/8, 19/8 & 25/8.

Seniors please suggest.

Received VO change request today
They have responded to my mail send on 19/08. I have 30 days to submit my passport.

Yes, the passport request email ( VO change email ) with passport and photos as per the specifications on the email. No need to fill any application. Once you submit the Passport at VFS, they would give u an acknowledgement receipt with tracking number on it, with which you can track your passport status.

In delhi office, exactly one week thy took for stamping.. My passport should reach my place tomorrow or day after tomorrow..

Received COPR with visa stamping Yesterday. Sent passports to new delhi on 21st Aug and received them on 30th Aug.

I sent the VO Change request to CIC Ottawa on 25/07/2014 and two more reminders on 25/08 and 26/08, and again no reply.

I was just wondering, CIC gives instruction to the local VO office that will be in charge of your application? And then that VO will be the one to send you the request??

In that case would it be advisable to contact the local VO and check if they are just lazy to send the Email??

Thanks for the reply, well as an FSW i had to apply to Nova Scottia, but my VO mentioned in my application is in Cairo.

I have sent Emails to CPC-CTD-Ottawa after receiving the Ready for Visa Email and am yet to receive a reply, been about 1.5 months since i contacted them. My fear is that Cairo office is not replying/receiving any Emails.

Congrats. Whats the validity of your visa?..........and whats the validity of your medical & PCC reports?
COPR is same for all members in the family or its different for every individual in the family?

I think you should check your query in FSW forum. Did you get "ready for visa" mail from CPC-CTD-Ottawa or other mail office. If its other office you should send your passports to them. Usually when you apply for PR you might have mentioned some processing center & your application goes to that particular center for processing. try with cic call center.

I got the Ready for Visa Email from CPC-CTD-Ottawa who asked me to send my passport to Canada, if i live there. But i don't, my VO in the application is set to Cairo Egypt. So i sent CIC a request from about 40 days and still no answer.

I tried to call CIC Call Center, but i always get the message that the call can not be made.
