He got his reply email from CIC on 13th June. He sent passport to New Delhi. So i am guessing it took roughly 10 days.

Yah it is better to walk in. But why wait for 3 months to land?

I got mail for VO change on 13th June, sent the Passport on 17th, and got notification for collection on Monday 23rd. Unfortunately there is a notice period of 3 months for my spouse's current employer. There is no way to get around that...we don't want to wait as I have heard job opportunities tend to be lower by the end of summer.

This was the "The Week"....Just recieved the email VO change reply from CIC..will be submitting my passports tomorrow! ;D..Goodluck to the rest of the applicants that are waiting.

My suggestion. Be patient and they will reply...Only send them maximum 2 reminders, one after 10 days and one after 20 days.

Hi Folks, Time is running out...37 days as of now without a reply. Just few days left before the 60 day limit is completed. Not sure what should I do? Frustration is at its peek..

Pls suggest something. I am running out of ideas. Should I just go ahead and submit the passports for my family in India with just PP Request? Will that cause any negative impacts to my application?/

there is no formal template to it. You just have to state in your letter that you are not in canada and that you are requesting to have your visa printed and passport stamped in (name of your visa office). Also you have to indicate your application number or UCI, full name and birthday. Hope that helps.
