Of course its possible for you to get approved 2nd time. Ive seen 2 refusals getting an approval after all.

Usually they go in details when they refuse you. Are the funds the only reason?
If yes, make sure you look at the requirements, can you pay 1st year and have at leask 10k in your account? You have the be able to prove that you work illegaly in order to pay for your expenses.
