Hi,
I am a Director in Digital Marketing with Group M ( a WPP company) which is the largest corporate for advertising in the world and have been with the organisation for almost 5 years now.
I have had my visa rejection twice.
First it was for the following reasons:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
-travel history
-purpose of visit
-financial status
I had followed that up with the following documents and re-applied - bank statements, ITR's, pay slips, letter of employment, leave certificate from my organisation, my asset details which includes owning a car in my city of residence, booked return tickets, a letter of invitation from my uncle who is a Canadian citizen which stated I will be residing with them during my stay and will also bear my expenses if any situation was to arise, wedding invite for their son's wedding (who is my first cousin). I had additionally also submitted a cover letter stating my previous travel history which included having traveled on a Schenegan visa (along with passport copies of the other countries that I had traveled to earlier).
I have received a refusal again stating :
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
This is extremely disheartening since I was planning to travel for my brother's wedding on the 18th August and in such short notice I cannot reapply and asides, I am unsure of know what additional documents can I share for the above.
Is there anyway to connect with the embassy and have a personal interview to have this resolved incase there is any issue which we cannot understand with respect to the application.
