Visa Rejection - Appeal Advice

I got rejected for my study visa. How do I appeal? What's the wait time to get a response from the embassy regarding the notes? How much time do I have to appeal and re-submit documents? What's the wait time to know application status after submission?

I have an immigration councillor but I'm not getting the help or advice I expect to get.

It will take a month to receive your notes.

Generally you would reapply - not appeal. When you reapply, you will want to ensure you address the reasons why you were refused the first time.

my cousin visit visa got rejected on 179b . I sent an imitation letter. I need to know if I request ATIP /gcms notes , would that be beneficial? should we re apply or appeal? knowing the notes and improving on what they want.
