Hello Guys,

I'm Iranian and need a Visa to enter Canada. My wife is a Permanent Resident (PR) and I don't want to start spousal sponsorship now, because it a time consuming process and during this time I can not go Canada!

Therefore, I prefer to go there as a visitor. I want to know is there any chance for me to obtain vista through visitor application? How can I prove for the officer that I will return to Iran?

Thank you.

Dear friends,

I feel like the most unlucky woman on this planet as I write this to you and I feel so guilty as a parent because I let my daughter down. I wasn't able to give her a loving home that every child on this planet deserves. A father and a mother is a universal right of every child. After my husband's case was rejected few days ago, I contacted many lawyers to reapply and when finally I had paid the fees to the lawyer, and asked for documents from my husband, my husband divorced me few hours ago. He didn't even stop to think about my 2.5 year old daughter. He said he doesn't want to know me or her. He even said that I don't even need idaat time as I haven't seen him in 2 years.

May Allah make this life easy for me and bless me with a strength to give my daughter best life possible.

I don't know why Allah gave men so much power to make or break a woman's life.
SALAM
Every thing is happen for good may be your husband leave you after getting PR so just forgat every thing and take start from new life Allah give you strength Ameen.

Thank you all for your PMs and words of encouragement and support.

Omg I feel very sorry.
I would suggest David Cohen as well he has a good company of people that work for him, write him a letter and see what he has to say about this case. The other good thing is that he is not expensive which in this case I don't think it matters to you anymore since I can imagine that you are very upsset.

I hope that things get in the right way as soon as possible and you'll be able to do something. GOD be with you
I wish you good luck :)

SUE the lawyer, because of his negligence your marrige is broken. Now work on suing the lawyer for what he is worth

A husband and man with good intentions would not divorce his wife without so much as talking about it first as this "man" has done. THis man clearly didn't have good intentions. The lawyer is by no means innocent, but to say he is the reason for the divorce is not accurate.
