my friend got visa 2nd time for same LOA with different SOP .....
Hi,
I am waiting for your "2nd attempt + Same LOA + Stronger SOP" plan.
May be I am wrong with my judgement, but let's see if I am really wrong. At least your successful visa shall help many of us. So, good luck.
And, I also Quote CIC website which states, what
to do in case of visa refusal?
"If your circumstances have
changed appreciably and you believe that it would result in a different decision, you may wish to reapply. If, however, there is no change in your situation, then it is unlikely that the new application would result in the issuance of a visa."
Now just think, Is it really possible to show/prove "new circumstances" just on the basis of one SOP? May be I am wrong with my opinion, but I am sure it's not possible.
At least here is one "very similar case".
Over Rs. 29 lacs + Good marks + One Refusal + 2nd attempt with a "stronger SOP" + Same LOA = 2nd Refusal.
