Bro . I m not telling u that u r wrong. But my friend (we did Ielts exam together we knew each other from 4 months) he applied on 16th nov and his rejection letter came on 28th. He took a lot of courage and applied with same LOA and everything same expect he changed SOP , He applied 2nd time on...

Sometime Luck too matters to some extent. Backlogs U cant do anything :-(
