Visa Refused?!

Hello everyone,
I got a mail from canadian high comission that my study permit has been refused, but no mail from vfs regarding this......still are there any chances of visa approval?
My consultant says he has seen many students who got visa stamped on passport even after mail!!!
Please help!!

Absurd to think you will get a visa after a rejection mail

I sometimes wonder if the have a quota system for visas which is not disclosed

If its refused, its refused. Why would they change their mind after sending you refusal email.
Soon you will get the passport back with refusal letter. Apply for CAIPS notes and check the details of the refusal. Fix those and reapply. Hopefully you will get in next attempt.
I wish your consultant could be right, but if not, change him.

I spoke to a person who got the visa even after such mail....do they send sometimes by error?
Ya i would apply for caip note after a receive my passport n change my profile....hopes to get visa in next intake
