There are lots of contradiction in his application. Who is he visiting or is this tourism and taking a vacation on his own? How can a visit for the holidays lead to a 6+ month stay? Sounds like not studying or working. How is he paying for this vacation and approximately savings amount. Has he travelled to EU, US, Australia, NZ, etc. not for business or for business? He has dependent family a spouse or children in his home country?
Hi Dear,
i have applied for a study permit and I got the below refusal points:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of
residence
I am planning to re-apply again, I am currently writing a LOE as below, can you check it for me please.
First of all, I hereby would like to affirm and acknowledge my responsibilities as a student and that I must leave Canada after the end of my stay of the study period. I am writing this letter to further expand upon and clarify the refusal points which was highlighted in my study permit application.

Purpose of my visit: Below are the points illustrate my visit purposes:
ü I believe that if I obtain a ‘Master’s Degree’ from Canada, in ‘Construction Engineering and Management’ it will fulfil my dream, allowing me to develop to my full potential. It will open many opportunities within in my home country. In addition, it will raise my profile within my employer, who strongly believe in development and personal achievement. Thus, this course will enable me to hold a higher position in my current company.
ü After in depth research and investigation, into regional Construction Engineering and Management Master’s program. I found that it was not provided by the universities/ colleges of my country of residence/ citizenship. The master program offered by Concordia University is more specialized for practical application than my previous studies. Moreover, the ample research facilities and global exposure available abroad and specially in Canada is immeasurable. I will be fully equipped in terms of practical exposure by being in contact with people from different nationalities. Moreover, from this research I discovered that, (based on recent statistics and studies); most graduates from abroad are more likely to get a better job opportunity than those who graduated locally. I observed that most, if not all the managers in my current and previous companies have graduated from Canadian universities.
ü I wish to achieve a ‘Master’s Degree’, so that I might expand my knowledge, enhancing my skills and capability; benefiting my country, family, company and of course myself. Thus, becoming a successful professional project manager, specifically in the construction industry. Upon achieving this goal, I can then; share my knowledge and assisting others grow and develop as Civil Engineers, within my country and company. Upon receiving this excellent training, I will have the ability to share this input and help manage a project. Using the knowledge gained to the benefit of all.
ü Canada is well known for having an extraordinary high-quality education system, envied by many countries across the world. Added to by the best technologies, a fully inclusive and welcoming society, which is admired by all nations. As well as being known as a safe country. Many not fully appreciating this fundamental quality of life. This is supported by and reasonable tuition fees compared to other English-speaking countries. Moreover, Concordia University is in addition, considered to be one of the best Universities in Canada and around the world, well known for developing the talent of students and allowing graduates from many countries to expand their knowledge.

Limited employment prospects in my country of residence:
ü Based on my previous/ current experience and strong profile, my current employer “JAIP” has offered me to rejoin the company after I complete my master degree in Construction Engineering and Management. As you can see from the attached letter.
I would greatly appreciate if you could view kindly on my application and grant me a study permit to help me pursuing my dream and allow me to flourish within this industry. To the benefit of my family, country, company and myself. Thank you in advance for the time.
