VISA REFUSED 2ND TIME - WHAT I HAVE TO DO.

Dear All, I really need your help.

i have been refused by 2nd time with the following Observation:
" Not satisfied Officer that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay" having several fators
1. Purpose of Visit
2. Your Personal Assets and financial Status.

When i have refused 1st time there was just one observation i.e. Purpose of visit.

Why this time two?

I have acceptance letter from University of Regina.
I have attached 6month a/c statement of PKR: 4.00 (M)
I have attached Property documents, Affidavit of Assets, Affidavit Regarding income from Agriculture Land, Affidavit from Father that he bear all expenses during my stay in Canada, Affidavit of Financial Support from father, Affidavit from me that i will leave Canada after my stay & SOP.

But what was the reason of refusal.... i cant be able to identify how could i fulfill this clause of refusal.

Please help i wanna attempt 3rd and last time.

please share your complete educational background as regina said..

Done use much brain...apply for caipsnote you will come to know real reason.


Try to apply third time by lawyer or iccrc consultant for eg : Divabakshiarya/futurelink consultant few immigration specialist.

For purpose of visit--- change your SOP again
Financial Assets ---- PAY tuition fee for 1st sem +GIC +Rest of tuition fee (show your bank statement for the last 3 months)

apply again with these modifications for 3rd time like i did now..

I have previous education in the Field of Mathematics.
I am a teacher of Mathematics in School
i didn't visit any country

"STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
It is my absolute pleasure to write this Statement of Purpose to explain about my interests and to share my inspirations, career, goals and professional qualifications.
I completed my Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and High Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) from Board of Intermediate and secondary education Mardan in the year 2003 and 2005. I then cleared Bachelor of Sciences which was a 2 year program in the field of Mathematics and Statistics in the year 2008 from Government degree college Kotha, Sawabi. I then took admission in a Post Graduate College Mardan, from there I completed my degree in Master of Sciences in Mathematics in the year 2010.
After the completion of my degree I joined _______ Degree College, Tarbela Dam in the year 2011 as a Lecturer (experience letter attached). My main duties were to take the classes of High Secondary School HSSC and teach them the course of Mathematics, conduct test and made progress report of the students and helped in preparing math study material.
To further my career ambition of become a part of senior mathematician team, I was then that decided I would seek further education. Then, with the consent of my family I decided that I would study advance courses in the field of Mathematics.
I chose Canada for a number of reasons despite the fact that my own country also has good institutes. First was the unavailability of seats in Pakistani Universities since they were already taken. Moreover library and computer facilities, lack of advanced books, literature, journal etc are not adequately available, also the exposure to foreign academic environment will improve my vision; thinking, personality, and behavior etc. All these factors have motivated me to get admission in the program of Mathematics at University of Regina, Saskatchewan Canada.
My father is meeting all the expenses of my stay and studies in Canada, My father is a farmer by profession and generate income of PKR.850,000 annuly and also derives income of PKR.1,780,000 from rental property, which is more then enough to meet the financial need of me as well as my family (Documents attached). My family in general, but my father in particular has always been very helpful and encouraging towards my studies and has always tried to make sure that I get the best possible education so that it helps me start a successful career and achieve my goals in my life.
In short gaining knowledge from University of Regina will develop better understanding of Mathematics principle and enhance my skills and enable me to pursue my ambition by its application in Pakistan.

Then, with the consent of my family I decided that I would study advance courses in the field of Mathematics.

What does it mean? Just SOME courses or is it a Program (like masters? or post-Bacc or what?). How precisely education in Cnada could help you in your carrer as a lecturer? What kind of education " senior mathematician team " has at your college?

Also, TRAVEL to Europe or Australia before applying again. If your family is well off you could afford it. CIC prefer to see you travelled to the DEVELOPED country and came back home BEFORE you go to Canada.
