I HAVE JUST BEEN REFUSED VISA TO ATTEND A CONFERENCE IN CANADA AND THIS IS THE ONLY REASON AS WRITTEN ON THE REFUSAL LETTER • I am not satisfied that you have a legitimate business purpose in Canada. SO WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE THE REASON FOR THAT, AND THE POSSIBILITY OF POSITIVE DECISION IF I CHOOSE TO APPEAL IT?

Why are you yelling? Order GCMS notes but IRCC doesn’t think you need to come all the way to Canada for a conference. Did you have a legitimate purpose to attend? Were you a speaker? For what purpose did you have to come for this particular conference? Have you been to a similar conference before or are the ones close by? Is it an international/prestigious conference? Where are you from?
You cannot appeal it. You can ask for reconsideration if there is an error in law. So state the error in law.

Through webform. Saw in an another post that you are from Nigeria which has the highest number of asylum claimants. That may be a reason for refusal as you needed to show why it is necessary for you to come all the way to Canada for a conference. You would have shown that you have attended the same type of conference elsewhere and how you benefited from it and how it built your business. Coming all the way is suspect to IRCC.
You can send a web form to request reconsideration but IRCC does not have to consider your request. I don't think there was any error in law. Your application was most likely not strong enough to be approved.
What was the conference you wanted to attend? What evidence of ties to your home county did you show? How much in funds? Do you have previous travel to counties requiring visas?

I provided two property document that worth 550,000 dollars, marriage and kids birth certificate, bank statement of account that i have over 50,000 dollars and proof of employment.
So what does property and bank statements have to do with attending the conference. Why do you need to come to Canada for 3 day conference? All speakers are Canadian so what is the benefit to you? What business is supporting you?
It’s hilarious. The 44th conference is in Toronto in May, followed in two weeks by the 47th in Edmonton! This is a scam.
