Dear All,

I applied visitor visa in Jan 2019 but unfortunately it was refused. VO has raised two points.
1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR
2. I am not satisfied that you have a legitimate business purpose in Canada.

Planning to re-apply again my previous invitation letter was painting trade organisation to attend the conference. My query should I
Attached reveleant invitation letter or eles can I go for IT seminar or any other conference

Kindly give advice

Regards
Mohammed

No harm in re-applying. Just make sure you address the issues the VO stated why you were previously refused a visa. So that it will not be the same grounds in case you get rejected again. The key is to submit all the necessary documents to prove that
· you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country
· you will leave Canada at the end of your visit
