Okay. Thank you for the explanationIf you didn't submit proof of tuition payment it's no wonder you were refused. Money or property in a relative's name when you're 26 isn't that compelling. How can they be sure you will be able to pay for your expenses, and what will compel you to leave Canada when you are done studying?
