visa refusal

dear,
am from Bangladesh ,have passed my HSC last year and i applied to fanshawe college,ontario for completing diploma,i have got acceptance letter from fanshawe college,Ontario and have made all the required papers ready and have submitted today,but am in fear of refusal cause i come to know that,now a days the refusal amounts are increased! and my close elder brother found 3 issues for getting refusal my visa,points are
1.my elder sister is a citizen of Canada and living London,Ontario
2.a letter of my father's name varies to my passport( but i have submitted an affidavit )
3.i have shown only 25lakhs bdt as liquid money and with asset it is about 5.5 crore bdt
so,is there any possibility of acceptance my study permit?bro.

Your academic is good but ielts is bit low. Whats the tuition fees of Fanshawe college? Did you apply by yourself or any agent?

Firstly,

Your sister is in Canada, so it'll have negative impact on your visa. VO might think you'll not leave Canada after your studies.

Secondly,

You have to show liquid cash in bank for the entire duration of your course fess+living expenses. I don't know your tuition fees,but you have shown 25 lakhs in bank. I think thats low. And also your sponsor has to show that he has a constant flow of income to support his family back home.

And about your father's name in passport, as you have submitted affidavit I don't think it'll affect your visa.

yearly tuition fee is around 14 thousand CAD per year bro and i have contacted with fanshawe college by mail and they referenced me an agent..:/

thnx bro and yearly tuition fee is around 14thousand cad and with living expenses it is about 23thousand cad,but my father is a businessman thats why i have shown the cash memo of our shops indicating the income flows .
and am also worried about my sister's canadian citizenship but i have no option..:/.does ielts score create impact ?

I got rejection in study visa for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University Sad.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake..
