Visa Refusal in 1295

Hi Guys,

I had applied for Canada WP in 2019 and it was rejected for skillsets. At that time, i forgot to mention about my L1B petition rejected back in 2011 in IMM 1295 form. Now I am filling my WP again. What should i do now? Do i need to tell them about L1B rejection in 2011? If yes, do i need to mention about i forgot this last time? Not sure. Can you please guide me?

Yes, you need to mention it or risk a misrepresentation finding.

Do i need to apologies in 1295 as i forgot it last time and it was not intentional ? If they check my previous application and find this missing, then will my application reject? Do i need to do fill up any additional form for this? Please guide me.

In 2015, I had an invitation for an event in Dubai but at that time the government had a conflict with the UAE government so we didn't get to submit to get our visa.

Do you think that this experience counts as a visa refusal ?
