Visa Question

Hi there,

I have a similar question but different situation:

My sister in law is pregnant and would like to give birth in Canada. I'm a permanent resident in Canada and have a good job here.

So her due date is in Nov, what is the best Visa type she should use to get accepted: Visit Visa, Student Visa (with registration in some ESL classes), Tourist?

I would really appreciate your answer.

but, with a pregnancy they may judge her intention for the visit at the Visa issuance or at immigration. check it with some good travel agent...

absolutely. they might refuse visa on this ground that she is pregnant.
