I submitted my biometrics on 19th August 2024,i received my biometrics validity letter on 25th October 2024 without a final decision, now iam in December ending without any update, what could be the issue?

Most likely there is no issue. It just takes time to process applications. Where did you apply from?

I applied from Uganda

Processing times for Uganda are 128 days, but it's not strict and can vary on a case by case basis.

Given the extremely high rates of asylum claims from Uganda at the moment IRCC may be finally also examining applications more carefully that will also lead to delays.
