Got my visa today , applied on 17th June at VFS Delhi , did meds on 19th June and got visa mail today.

Thanks. I think strike has effect on Chandigarh CHC. I applied on 3rd june and no reply since. No body has received any response from CHC chandigarh this month.

I have submitted my file on 22 May at Chandigarh and it was rcvd by Consulate general chd on 23rd. Still under processing. Its been more than a month now.

Waiting for results from so long.. I guess Ppl at Delhi are working fine and giving results within processing time.
