I guess I should contact them for update. As its mentioned on the website that they will only respond to emails with case which has crossed processing times.

The have not asked me whether I would like my application to be processed in Delhi or in Chandigarh. Neither there was any option to fill this in form...I would like to know where my documents will be processed ? CHC- New Delhi or Consultate general - Chandigarh ??

Only files from Punjab , Chandigarh and Haryana are processed at CHC Chnadigarh.

Just for the information ..I have seen many people ask about paying tution fees 1sem/yr before applying ...

I applied without paying any fees and my LOA was also conditional nd got visa in 4days; so if you are a genunie student then I guess there are no reasons for them to reject ur visa !!!!!!!!
