I applied under NOC 0631 and i got followig response.
Reason: I was not satisfied that you performed the functions of the lead statement and a majority of the main duties under NOC 0613. Consequently, you have failed to demonstrate that you have acquired twelve months of full-time skilled work experience in Canada at a National Occupational Classification skill of type O or level A or B in the last twenty-four months prior to the submission of your application and after having obtained your Canadian educational credential.

There is no such code as 0613 in NOC. How he assessed my duties with NOC?

What can i do now?

Sorry to hear about your rejection. If there is no code as 0613 then it is very likely that he/she made a typo in the rejection letter . I believe you were assessed using the right code but the rejection letter has a typo :( good luck!

I think you guys are right..

But if it is only typing mistake then they consider my case again?
Or i i do case against them will i get any positive result like medical?
Or they will send just new rejection letter without mistaken code.

All you can do is query the mistake with them to ensure they did assess the application on the correct NOC. If they did, your only option is to review what they have said, fix the problem and put in a new application.

Don't focus in the NOC code but rather the reason why it was rejected. Concentrate on the grounds like what really you are doing with your role and number of years in service. If you reckon you have sufficient to prove, submit the documents and attached a cover letter stating the facts why your application should be considered. \

It is a matter of providing them information with supporting documents.

Good luck.

Why don't you request for a copy of your file, including the note of the officer so that you can have the opportunity of reviewing how the visa officer arrive at the decision.

If the file and the info contained in the application support the decision of the visa officer, and the reference to the NOC was just a mistake, I am sorry you may have no valid recourse. However, it could be that the visa officer had made a mistake by assessing you using the wrong NOC code. I will advise that you get their position first.

All the best.
