Can any one please tell me what this clause means ....it is there in the FSW EE STREAM required documents section .....it sets out criteria for metting visa office requirements which will process the application ...if not met more documents are required is what I gather ..but how do I know which visa office will process my application ? and if not met can anyone tell me exactly what the extra document requirements mean ? I read it many times but its very confusing to me the way it is worded ...any real help / insight would be much appreciated !

Ok I see now. For starters, you're looking at an old document. You can keep that for reference as guidelines though...I think that's more detailed than the instructions in EE.

Don't worry about which visa office will process your application. You'll only find that out by ordering GCMS notes (search it on the forum), usually the VO in your country of residence.

The extra documents are only for changes in circumstances: marriage, divorce, birth, death (this affects family composition and funds), education (this affects points computation). Change of address only mattered previously because CIC returns documentation in the old paper application.

I think you're worrying too much. Just follow the document checklist in your MyCIC account.

I dont have the ITA yet but trying to get ready in advance as I have received a PNP nomination from PEI just last week which takes my points to 997 in EE.

that is why I was referring that document .... let me state my current situation ...I am an international student who has completed 2 years of post grad study at humber and is now on a post graduate work permit residing in Ontario ...I have an active FSW -- EE profile and have just received in addition a nomination from PEI .

Now with this in mind when I am applying for PR on hopefully receiving an ITA in the coming months ...will this apply to me ? it states clearly if visa office requirements specified are not met then I have to show proof of lawfull admission and a hell lot else ....why this worries me is because I returned to canada last just as my student permit was about to expire (but on a approved legal valid visa)
and I had the work permit already issued at the time I applied said visa ...I did not apply via same as at the time it had looked my visa if applying as a returning worker without a job might get rejected ...hence I had opted to go for the student visa route which worked and got me back safely ...however I am apprehensive this might come under scrutiny in my application processing if I have to supply all these documents asked for ....so trying to find out this visa office requirements and if it is at all applicable to me !

What you are worried about doesn't apply to you.

AFAIK you don't have to submit previous work and student permits--CIC has your records anyway.

Wait for the checklist after ITA. It's different in Express Entry. Like I said you are looking at an old document checklist for paper applications.

Your ITA will be under PNP.

However, you will still be checked for FSW criteria.

OK I see , am very gratefull truly for all your help !! ....in a related query do you think I will pass the FSW assesment for my work exp since PEI approved on same documentation already ? ...they state that they check for FSW under EE eligibility when processing ....I ask as although I have a solid exp of 4+ years with TCS (Tata Consultancy Services India LTD) and a multitude of supporting documents (exp letters , reference and appreciation letters , annual pay revision letters , pay stubs etc) ...there are a few points given within the FSW assessment for work ex documents which are not present in the service letter given to me (such is usually not released publicly by most IT firms in INDIA) ....hence my query .

the main points missing from my documentaiton are as below ( The reference and appreciation letters do refer to projects which testify to the NOC 2172 I am applying under however , although not in detail ).

PEI however approved my PNP application within 2 weeks based on existing documentation supplied to them (assessed by FSW rules as per them )

The positions (designations ) I have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position .
Total annual salary plus benefits in each position .
The total number of hours worked per week in each position.
Different technical domains worked in with brief description of each
