Visa got rejected under SPP. Now again applying under Non-SPP

I had applied for Student Visa under SPP for May 2014 intake but my visa got rejected and they said that

a) Not satisfied that i will leave Canada after the completion of my studies
b) Proposed Study not reasonable.

I am having 4 years of experience in the same field as of my proposed study.

I would like to know what all docs should i give?

At present I am again applying for my visa and waiting for the deferment of my GIC certificate from Scotia Bank.

Please help guys.

I have applied for HRM program and have 4 years experience as HR Executive. I have done BCom (full time) without any gap in study. After my studies i am working without any gap.

i think u should had applied for international business management..
or any account relating field..
