Sorry for the delay in replying to the above questions.
I am so glad to inform you all that i got the visa in 6 working days. I am now leaving
for Canada on 18th August 2012.
I would like to suggest the future visa applicant that:
1. It doesn't matter you apply through agent or as an individual applicant.
2. If you are refused under SPP category that doesn't mean you have to
change your course or other part of application.
Because i personally did not change my course or other things in my second application
under non-spp.
But ya! i wrote one application to VO stating my reason and my course relevance (half Page).
3. Nobody suggested me to reapply for visa, if the proposed study is same as in previous application.
Even in majority of the websites i found the same thing.
But i knew my application is strong and hence, got the result (Visa).
4. If your proposed study and previous study are related and have all the documents proper
you will get Visa.
PS: Master's holder's can get the visa for Diploma program in Canada.
SPP refused cases need not to necessarily change their course for the second application.
You can get your visa in 6 working days.
Above mentioned details are my personal experience. . . You cannot generalize the same thou. . .
