It takes time to process. Sometimes u might receive it earlier. But what I dont get is if u have gic and and paid school fees y did u apply general.
But just to add up. for september intake if u apply in general after 1st August u have high chance of rejection. It is clearly mentioned on the form.

My Program starting date is 17 Nov 2018.
U r good to go hoping that u submitted all the required document. Bank statement academic transcript and ielts also and etc.

Congratulations!! And all the best!
When does your course start? And did you furnish any travel tickets along with the application?
Thank you!

My international orientation week starts Aug 27th and course begins on Sept 3rd.

Yes, I had included my travel tickets in the application

Thanks, I am only worried because some agents said in there interviews that under general category success rate is very low (1/10)
thats not true. It all depends on ur application. Bank statement and how well u explained ur self so that the Immigration officer is well satisfied to give u the permit. If everything is ok then u get accepted. those which dont get accepted u should read the reason. most of them is due to insufficient funds or may the immigration officer was not sure that he or she will leave the country after study.
