Visa for September 2018 intake!!!

Pl urgent help
At time of visa application I'm unmarried and I received approval visa and passport sent for stamping, now in between days i got married and after approximately one month i received marriage certificate , now how I can inform my status to visa section , or any problem created at canada airport during receiving student permit? or any system at airport to change my status to inform canada embassy ? or i have to inform online any information to cic right now?

It takes time to process. Sometimes u might receive it earlier. But what I dont get is if u have gic and and paid school fees y did u apply general.
