Today in my gc key account i saw profile was updated but when i login second time it shows submitted. It is my 44th day still no update medicals and review of eligibility started on July 5th

Guys! I am really confused , i am going for BSc Computer Science at University of Calgary , completed my 12th this year.
Now that i have got the offer , I have heard that a Bsc degree is not as valuable or in demand as B.Tech/B.Engg in CS . Is it true?
Will I be able to secure a good job?
What should i do after graduation?
P.S I don't want to become a teacher at all.

On google it says normallu processing time for spp category is 8-10 weeks so let's wait and hope fr the best

Please I need your advise. I applied for a study permit on July 6th, Did my biometrics the following week. Last week, my school sent me an email stating that the deadline for deferrment and refund will be August 1st. Judging from the time I submitted my application and the processing time here in Nigeria which is about 10weeks, it means that going by the normal time, I will get my visa by the week of resumption as my program begins 5th of September. Should I defer the application to Jan intake or just take the risk. Please advice me.
