Visa for September 2018 intake!!!

i m new to this site..i also applied for September intake .on 16th of july...n my university is kpu in surrey...i received acknowledge ment on 30 july...i applied offline n then link my application anline..now thay show that they do not need any medical exam..can anybody tell me what it means..n they show my application is in progress..

Yes on Aug 8th. My friend is still waiting but his medical cleared on 6th Aug awaiting final result.
