Is it possible to submit the passport to a vac in another country after approval?

For what you want to submit your passport to another country? And if you have applied from india for a Visa then you most probably can't submit your passport to vac situated in another country. You have to submit your passport(for visa stamping) to VFS located near by you in your home country from which you have submitted application.

Medical updated and review started on 24th october. No updates after that
