I am too going for MGM course in Royal Roads University. I applied for visa on 4th september offline, sds through delhi High commission and no eligibility review started as of now. It's been 45 days now.
When did you apply for Visa ?

If you will apply offline from delhi embassy. It will take around 35-40 days for visa approval.
And online application is unpredictable. Sometimes approval comes in 10 days , sometimes in 30 -40 days .
So its upto you

I applied on 4th September from Delhi embassy and it's 45 days today.

Yes I am going for MGM Jan 2019 intake. But waiting for my visa . Applied on 4th Sep and its been 45 days today. Eligibility not even started on GCkey and when I check with tracking number it says your application is being processed in delhi embassy........

I am going to Royal Roads University as well. I applied on 11th Sep 2018 via Vfs Delhi. I got approval mail on 19 Oct 2018.

coz at this time there are too many applications, and I dont think anyone will get visa that early at this moment.

I applied on 5th Oct and got approved on 15th Oct.

People are getting mail not to reach canada before 3 week of starting your course.
But many people are going even in 1st week of Dec..so you can plan accordingly
