Yes. I got the visa on second attempt.
applied on 15th Sep SDS online got rejected on 19th Sep
Reapplied on 5th Oct General Category offline got visa approved and passport stamped on 15th Oct..within 10 days.

So guys do not loose hope...if you are rejected just assess your mistake and reapply with strong SOP you will get it eventually.

u will receive an acknowledgennt letter from the embassy after 15 days of file submitted ...
it will state ur application no. and uci no which will help u link ur application online ..
