Yes. This happened once when the medical status updated 8 weeks ago. This time there is no difference.

Is like they are rejecting most of applicant that applied for January intake maybe because of the program and due to the delay people might not be able to meet up .. am just saying because they have rejected many applicant for January intake so am just confuse why most so many visa refuse of recent

Today at 11am I checked my application and it showed "Application/Profile updated" status and then went back to "Submitted"?
What does it mean?

It’s called a “ghost update”. It happens when IRCC opens your profile.

Yes I got approved after my first refusal in Octover 22 2018 for Jan intake.
Now going for May intake. CAIPS notes are indeed very helpful.

You do not need to notarize the LOA but the proof of fee payment letter has to be notarized

leave it blank, and sign it infront of your agent. Don't sign anywhere on your own

My LOA and fee receipts were not notarized and I got approved.
