Visa for 2018 may intake and offer letter

i really dont understand people who have applied on 5-8 march have got visa from delhi and people like us are waiting from jan
True , i feel helpless now we cant even focus on one thing as they keeping in middle and hard reality is we cant even take money back from college and gic if we dint get the refulsal letter only we have option to deffer to sept
Here we are a few people left who applied on Jan. Others got their visas earlier.
yeah life is so unfair, atleast chandigarh is giving visa to mostly jan people right now and then they will move to feb. And in delhi there is no procedure at all
Apna luck hi kharab he yar 8 weeks complete ho gaye to phir bhi koi response nahi miila Delhi embassy se.

If you get your visa quicker , it means your application was complete , nothing missing and visa officer was more than satisfied about your study plans .

Do u mean the students who have applied since january and hadn't got their visa are lacking something in their profile or is it just that the VO has not yet opened those applications?

10th= 86.33%
12th= 73.40%
B.Tech = 7.89 cgpa.
I have so many friends who have 6 in IELTS and 5.5 in one module. Moreover they have very poor academics as compared with me as well as they have also backlogs during their B Tech however they got visa within 1 month. I applied for study permit before them. But unfortunately I am still waiting for Last 2 months and there is no any response from Delhi embassy that's why I told them they are not doing their job properly. here there are so many people who have problems with this Delhi embassy.
Brother but my medical was approved so it means my application was perfect.Moreover I have good academics and financial documents.In academics I have 6.5 in IELTS above 6 in each module.

I can't comment on this .
There might be several factors , considering it's an offline application , imagine the number of people applying and number of files on a visa officers desk .
My only suggestion , is to wait , and remind "CIC Office" by sending a Case Specific Enquiry saying that your normal processing time has passed .
