My 2 children was denied visitor visa 22june ,we were planning to attend my eldest child graduation which is happening next month in vancouver, I and my husband have been previously given our visas ,with their denial were confused if to apply again for study visa for one of the children that was refused , when we can do that , so as not to be refused, we've travelled to other counties as a family to US,UK, France,, they refused on the bases of not having enough fund their law on 179(b), I know we didn't so have much

This is me Goutam sil skilled worker. I m doing 12 years ago work in united Arab Emirates as a QaQc civil engineer.I am API programmer.
I need Canada,new bruns wick,Halifax,nova scotia job.
Have with me international driving licence and UAE driving licence.I have ASI standerd certificate and qa qc also profesional.
Please help me out.

This is not a job board. You need to find your own job & apply LMIA and Work permit

You can reapply anytime

For a Study visa the child should have LOA from a qualifying DLI

If you have been refused for financial reasons then work on that. Order your GCMS notes and prepare your application and address all concerns of the visa officer to make sure you are not refused again.

Google - job sites canada. You cannot get a LMIA. Your employer files for one. You are multi posting and have been told what to do in other threads.

Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education. Most if not all jobs posted will say that you must be a citizen, PR or a person with work authorization to apply so no point in applying for those jobs.
