I was asked to provide letter of deferral in March upto now i have nt heard from CIC .Wat could be the problem really

Same here! Medical is also done after the request for deferral letter.
I got my request on Feb for new letter
Then I'm April got a medical call
Done on the 19th of April
Have been waiting since then :'(

I hed some pipo say that you might stand a chance of getting your visa if they ask for deferral letter ,i dont noe how true it is

Well. I think they ask for defferal because they need more time to check on your file. it could be because of the volume of the application file they received or because they need to clear doubts am not too sure but i advise you not to be worried and be patient. if they requested for your medical, then you stand a high chance of getting your visa if your medical is ok
