Hello
I applied for my study permit on 22nd of july but my visa application was rejected by the high commission for the following reasons on 7th of august.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Considering the information provided at the time of application, I am not satisfied that
pursuing studies in Canada is reasonable at this time and, as such, that you meet section 216 of
the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.

So, after explaining all the reasons i reapplied on 8th of august and now my classes are starting from 3rd of September and there is no update on my visa application.
Someone assisted me to submit an handwritten application with the embassy
Is it right to do so?
Please assist.

You might get rejection again. Because study permit applications for September intake received after 1st August won't be processed mostly..

You need to wait for the processing of your second application to be completed. It doesn't make any sense to submit a third application. Since your second application was submitted quite late, it's very possible there will not be a decision in your application in time for you to start classes in September in which case you will need to defer your studies to the next term.

How much i need to wait for the decision on second application and what should be the right time to seek deferment?

What about IELTS? Any family members in Canada? Did you prove to that you would return after completing your studies?

Yes,
Previously my agent didn't attach my parents' ITR and no other financial docs.
So, while reapying I attached parents' ITR, valuation certification of property, balance certificate of mine and my father's account.
But I haven't received my visa yet and no update is there on my gc key login.
Hope it helps.

Yes, I changed my SOP completely.
Ohh, oki then its totally upto you.
But taking my case, I didn't hear from any of the consultants not to reapply. Only one of them ask me to change my college take refund of the fees and do all that process again which i didn't want.
