i applied paper based for study permit on 27th june. the processing time for my country i.e. INDIA is 4 weeks but i got my visa in just 3 weeks.

you can expect the decision to be made by Tuesday or Wednesday. mine was a rare case as my consultant told me because the people who applied on 16th june are still waiting for any update.

i read somewhere in this forum that applications from chandigarh are given less priority than delhi this time so i think it will take more time than normal.
