Madzie,I have one more question.In the letter of approval,how long is the visa validity?I'm asking because my company is giving 2 months notice after resignation.

YUNG NKALAGAY SA VISA KO, VALID FROM 27/08/2012 TO 12/04/2014

IM NOT SURE YET OF THE DATE 10/15/2012.
IM PLANNING TO GO BEFORE 15/10/2012. I THINK THERE IS ONLY 60 DAYS UPON ISSUANCE THAT I NEED TO GO AND BE THERE ALREADY..OR ELSE IT WILL BE INVALID..

i think so.. yung validity is unti oct 15 2012.. eh 24months ang contract ko. so nagcalculate lng ako na i shou;d start on or bfore oct 15 2012.. not yet nga eh, ndi pa approved ang resignation ko.. may ksabay kasi akong ngresign dto sa dept.. so nging understaff.. hope evrything will be ok in God's grace.. planning to fly 2nd week ng oct...

Hi guys,
just asking for some advice regarding with my applications, meron akong LMO na maexpire na on sept 5, that's why my agency told me to pass all my documents ASAP. I passed it last august 27, pero my kulang na documents such as NBI and the offer letter from the employer, pero naipasa ko ang contract adn LMO, police clearance, pics, TOR, employment certificate, then the agency told me to send again the NBI and the job offer letter. need ko ba gawin yun o wait ko na lang na inform ako ng canadian embassy na ipadala ko yun, natatakot kasi ako na pag sinend ko yun mawala pa ang documents ko. Please give me some advice guys...

hey madzie22. Congrats on getting the TWP. I am wondering how did you get the LMO...its such a hassle to get one from employers who are willing to get an lmo for foreign workers.

Madzie nagpass ako application ko last July 22.So its been a 1 month and 10 days na po and patiently waiting for a positive response.I hope everything will be fine sa pag alis mo.God bless you Madzie!

FYI..
this was my second application. Same position, new LMO from same employer..
First application when i was in the phils. unfortunately i was denied, it was yr 2010. my employer is my 2nd cousin. so, after 2 yrs. we tried to apply again from here in abu dhabi.. then luckily got the approval..

Madzie, do you know if you have to leave from the country you applied from (for me Kuwait) or can I go home to philippines for visit first and leave from Manila? App sent and received 7/17 fca calgary, alberta

i dont know exactly my dear. but in my case, i will go straight to canada. because back to phils first will take time as am im needed already in my work.. and i dont want to take risk with the immigration in the phils.. since we all know, its always hard exiting from phil going abroad.
