you will get it...
sometimes it take time... but you will get your decision as soon as possible...
don't get panic.. i know its hard to hold your nerve.. but dont worry....

Is it ok, to write an email to canadian Embassy?

First of all, you should call him...if no response then they give you general quary e-mail (you can find it on internet) id you can write quary about your delay in visa...!
