Visa application for Canada for September 2019 intake

Hello, I had applied for canada college in November 2018 and I got the LOA. After that I had paid $1000 for reserving my seat. My medical was also done. Should I have to wait for visa application till May? Or else I proceed for my GIC and Full fees payment and put the file for my visa now? It is september 2019 intake so I am confused ... please explain me..

Hello Ayushi, I am also interested to look into trying Masters/PhD in Canada, can you please advise me on the steps to apply for a university.
