Visa application, tracking ID No ********************* Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 10/01/2018 to the Canada Visa Application Centre Dhaka. You will get SMS & Email when your Decision will receive at Canada Visa application centre where it was submitted.

I have not yet requested for medical, and i have submitted my file through Vfs Bangladesh on 2nd January 2018 and on 4th January 2018 it was under process. Now i have received this information under track ur application by Vfs Bangladesh website. Can anyone please tell me what does it mean?

It means a decision has been made and at this pace, it also means your application is refused.
