the actual reasons why the VO refused your application can be found in the caipsnote . you gotta pay about $40 I guess. And, it takes about a month to receive the note

And yet better you can apply for CAIPS note premium with interpretation, its CAD120. There they provide you with the interpretation for the reason that you are denied with. But some say and even CAIPS themselves say the reason are written quite clearly so it might be redundant to pay that much.

What is CAIPS note?
Roughly speaking, it is a computer company who provide service to CIC. There service is used by the VO to note and record the details about each application. Now there is a provision in CIC to provide full disclosure to each applicant about their application, so using that provision you can demand full explanation. CAIPS note simply facilate that process. yeah bro, I did my medical on 26th of nov. the report was forwarded on 27th. and, I submitted my passport at vfs, dhaka today

bro, I got an email from 'visaapplicationalert stating this :
Dear XYZ,
Visa application, tracking ID No. ABCDEFG. You are requested to submit additional documents to the Canada Visa Office, Dhaka for further processing. Please visit the Canada Visa Application Centre 2/3 working days after receiving this email to collect the envelope containing further instructions or call CVAC helpline number for further information.

Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.

I thought that Singapore Visa office send passport request email like they do for Medical call.
If the VFS usually send emails for PP request, then yeah, I got pp submission email. And I submitted my pp today at vfs
