Hi,

I am Indian, I have a student visa of USA. i studying at USA from Last 1 year i entered in USA since 29th December 2007, so i completed my all documentation for file so when i can file for PR, because i heard that i can file from USA at Baffalo Nwe york if i was staying in USA since one year.

Actually you could have applied in the US as soon as you had arrived because they requirement is having a visa for 1 year or more, not necessarily that you had stayed there for 1 year at the time you apply. Now there are new requirements for occupation so you need to look at it again and see if you still qualify. If your occupation is not on the list, you will need a job offer.

Hi,
I have a job experience latter and And its match with NOC. but i dont have a any pay slipe or any tex document from my job beacause i got my salary in cash and i spend all that mony for my study. i got only 8000 Indian Rs that equal to 200 canadian $ thats not to much so i was not paying a tex on it. but i pay a tex of my other income like rend income. and i have ther tex document. so i can send that tex document?

Then you have to send what you have and write them a letter to explain what you don't have.

And be prepared for CHC not to except it if you can't prove it was paid employment.
